widigay provides an online platform delivering mentorship, strategic guidance, and predictive financial AI analytics tools to individuals and organisations. The service is delivered entirely online and is accessible to users regardless of geographic location. Features and functionality may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated at all times.

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 9.2 Service Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. widigay does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or output generated through the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall widigay's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these terms exceed the total amount paid by you to widigay in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euros, whichever is greater.

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these terms will immediately cease.

These terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where widigay operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these terms continue in full force and effect.
